This document is a working draft prepared for review by our legal counsel before publication. It is not legal advice and the final language is subject to that review.
1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to everyone who visits our website or makes a reservation with us. If you book on behalf of others in your party, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for everyone in your group. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or make a reservation.
2. Use of this website
- You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or request a reservation.
- The website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep menus, hours, and other information accurate and current, but items, pricing, and availability may change, and we do not warrant that the site is error-free or always available.
3. Reservations
- Reservations are free to hold — there is no online payment or deposit required to reserve a table.
- We do our best to honor your requested date, time, party size, and seating preference, but availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your reservation.
- If your plans change, please call us at (305) 451-3380 to cancel or modify your reservation so we can offer the table to other guests.
- We may hold a reserved table for a short grace period. If your party arrives significantly late or does not arrive, the table may be released. Large parties and special events may be subject to additional arrangements confirmed in advance.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including for capacity or operational reasons.
4. Dining, menu, and pricing
- Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change and may vary by season, market availability, and time of day. Prices shown on our website are for reference and may not reflect current in-restaurant pricing.
- Applicable Florida sales tax is added to your bill. A gratuity may be automatically added for larger parties; any such policy will be noted on the menu or by your server.
- Please let us know about food allergies or dietary restrictions when you order. While we take care in the kitchen, our facility handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5. Alcohol service
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification. We serve responsibly and reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at our discretion, including anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid proof of age.
6. Gift cards
If we offer gift cards, they may be redeemed toward food and beverage at the restaurant subject to any terms printed on the card or provided at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards may not be replaceable.
7. Guest conduct
We want every guest to enjoy their visit. We may refuse service to, or ask anyone to leave, who is disruptive, unsafe, or who endangers or disturbs other guests or our staff. Please treat our team and fellow guests with courtesy.
8. Photography
We may take photos or video in the restaurant for our records and promotion. If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, please let a team member know and we will do our best to respect that.
9. Intellectual property

- All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed are the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services (such as reservation tools, payment processing for gift cards, maps, reviews, video, and chat). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
11. Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided for general information "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayside Grille and its owners, staff, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim. [Subject to counsel review and applicable law.]
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bayside Grille from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your (or your party's) negligent or wrongful conduct.
